Exception File

Okay so, I installed the new update multiple times in the past three days and each time, even after removing the mods, I get multiple exceptions popping up all at once. I've removed all my mods to see if it's just the whims itself, or if it were any of the mods, and it appears to be the wicked whims itself. I know they're waiting for the new expansion pack to get in so that they can I guess, update it again? But my wicked whims were running just fine before I updated it, but now it won't even function correctly. This file is the most recent wicked whims exception I just got just now.

Please look around the entire forum before making this post in a brain dead manner and post if you still can't solve the problem. To technically work around this issue, you need to wait for an update to WW. Currently, WW is not compatible with new updates distributed by EA. This happens with every update, but since this update is a very large one, it will require more time.

You could have spent the time to think of this long excuse to browse the forum.

Thanks. The thing is, dunno if it’s a recent problem, which is why I posted it. I checked google and everything but there have been extended wickedwhims issues in the past years too. So I just posted it fresh. I am waiting for them to finish with it. No need to be a little rude about it.

Why should things be told to you from above when you can't look up forums?

And you couldn't look up this forum crap.... In other words, you did not look up everything.

I don't ever do forum things. This is literally the first time I've ever done so. Goodness. Seems like another reason why people can't report problems, cause those who are on the forum daily know the most about it. I'm not. I literally just get on here to install the mods and that's it. I never, ever make posts or replies. Didn't have to come at me the way you did, could have just said it's a work in progress, and that would have been a very simple response I'd except. Cause as mentioned, I am waiting for when the update gets done. I just have to play on boring mode for now until it's fixed.

Guys, the whole idea of forums is that you can look and see if issues the same as yours have been reported before. Normally they will have a fix or info attached that will help you.

A quick look at the WW support forum would have shown that this issue has been reported on 6 pages now. People are just getting frustrated at having to post the same answer so many times.

Just for your info, all mods could be affected so if you have any others installed you should go look for updates for them too, mod authors are working overtime to fix the issues and all we can do is wait patiently for the updates to arrive.
