sims4 Crash Game TS4

I tried all the methods even by repairing the game and uninstalling and even by transferring all the mods, saves and cache files, my game hasn't worked since. 

I sent a report to EA with the error code and nothing was done I still have the same problem.

Your message is a bit "cryptic", so it is kind of difficult to know what the problem is if you do not share more information with us. If you are experiencing problems after the 14-03-2023 patch and you are using mods then the problem is very likely one or more outdated mods, but if I understand your message right it seem you are experiencing problems since before the patch. If that is the case please upload a recent error file here and explain briefly if you see any bugs in game or if it is just that the game crashes, and when it crashes (on loading the game, loading a lot, clicking on sims etc...). If you do not provide more information or at least an error file there is nothing we can do to help you.

I had an error that is not listed on the Sims and EA forums while waiting to re-download the game for the 2nd time today. 

I'll send a screenshot if it didn't solve the problem. I Have buy others packs,extensions and kit for resolve the problem , isn't any change.

Come to think of it, I think this phenomenon is similar to the message that seems to occur when migrating from origin to EA app.

As an emergency workaround, can't I migrate from the EA app to origin?

No when download Origin it brings me back to EA apps

It's good I have solved the problem was enough to remove the SIMS 4 file and replace it with the new file after installation
