Not sure what happened to the CBBE stuff for the suspenders but even the download labeled as CBBE is not CBBE. It's more like BHUNP from LE. Even the mesh is old. Maybe I did something wrong. Anyhow, here's a quick 3BAv2 conversion. Not tested.

 

Edit: Because I downloaded the Skyrim LE version, derpity derp. Was only 15 minutes of work regardless.
