WAIT FOR AN UPDATE, many mods broke after the patch 14/03. Unfortunately the only fix right now is removing all mods that are not updated or cleared by the creator, and wait for updates. There is no other fix for your error, sorry.

Wicked whims is one the mods you have to remove. Then depending on what other mods you have a very good way to check if it is working or not is Scarlett list. She works really hard to keep it updated and it contains almost every mod. Simply check there if your mods are updated or compatible or not, and remove everything that is tagged as "broken" or "unknown". Another possibility is several discord channels, such as Sims After Dark or Deaderpool discord, but there are others, you have a few channels there where you can get news about updated or broken mods.

I don't have anything on that list, I use patreons website, I also haven't had any problems with wickedwims until now x

Good! That means that you only need to wait for wicked whims to be updated. It is normal that you had no issues before because it was the patch released the 14/03 that "broke" a lot of mods, wicked whims included. So before the 14th you had no issues, of course.

I deleted it all and downloaded march 13th patch, so there's a new patch I need to wait for then? when does it come out? I haven't even had the previous patch for long haha x

This is like asking Turbo to work without rest and sleep, but I don't believe you are from a country that allows long illegal working hours.
