Bad clipping please help

Hi ya all ,I’m basically asking if someone could, please, pretty please, could fix a clipping issue?
My char is showing her Underwear (Garter Belt)
above/outside her skirt)
I’ve got the relevant files on Mega, (Body, garter, Armor/Skirt)

To make things as easy as I can?
I’m told it’s easy but to me it’s like learning Ancient Greek

With OS

Better if you do it with garter belt . Reduce the meshes until it disappears under the skirt .

Outfitstudio\File\Import nif . Select the part to be corrected, in your case the Garter

 

 

 

Select the tools as in the figure . Point the circle at the part to be corrected and , while holding down the left mouse button, hover over the garter until it disappears under the skirt
