I've been getting the exact same two errors.  Let me guess, you load a household and it instantly says error?  Once you start any animations if you try to stop them, your sims disappear right?  The new version isn't working with the update.  Lots of people having the same 2 error codes.  Wait a day or two for another WW update and it should be fine.
