Wicked Whims isn't working with Nisa's.

I've updated Wicked Whims, Nisa's, MCCC, and the inappropriate unlock. Prostitution auto-initialize is not working, and teens can't have sex. Also, some of the adult traits, like "hot" and "pheremonal" flower are not available, and the ones already picked for my character are....stuck. They can't be changed to different traits.

Unfortunately ww is not working with or without NISA, since like with many other mods the last patch broke it. Your only solution is to WAIT FOR AN UPDATE, there is no other fix.
