Help With Disabling Menstrual Cycle in KW

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to disable the menstrual cycle in KW, as I would like to use Mingo's Birds and Bees mod which comes with one as well that can't be disabled. I'm using Build 409, and don't really have the know how to go into the settings and mess around without some sort of help in the matter. Also, sorry if this has already been answered but when I tried to use the search to find an answer, I couldn't find anything.

This may or may not help you. I don't like the KW menstrual cycle or pregnancy stuff. I have my setup notes with this:

 

+ pregnancy
    + change pregnancy (allow non-KW preg, sperm lifetime 0, sperm fert 0, MapTagFertile off)

 

This allows me to only have pregnancies through Story Progression and through the base EA pregnancy mechanism (e.g., Try for Baby).

 

It doesn't disable the cycle so much as make it meaningless. Females will still have KW periods, but it doesn't have any effect on the game.
