It doesn't say so in the description but you can change her boob size the options menu.

 

I'd love to see a nude version of this but the modder doesn't seem interested in creating one. He said on Discord he didn't think a lot of people would be interested. Maybe if we all send him message on Nexus we might convince him to create one lol.
