NPCs keep approaching PC for sex, then just leave

My PC is constantly being approached by NPCs (including guards), they initiate dialogue asking for sex ('Hey Gorgeous...') and then seem to lose all interest immediately afterwards. If I initiate dialogue with them and try to initiate something they're not interested. I know I have *a lot* of mods installed, but anyone have a clue which mod(s) might be causing this and if there is a way to resolve it?

Given the number of errors at the start I fear I've done something horribly wrong!

 

Any advice that can provided on sorting this out would be very appreciated. I can't really parse this well enough to be able to work out which mod is causing the problem either, I don't have any prior experience with papyrus log.

Yeah with 3500 errors about missing scripts, properties and fields I'd say if that was my save I'd just give up and start over. ReSaver may be able to fix something, but whether you can get a working save out the other end... doubtful.

 

Seems you have something messing with SL and FNIS. First step there would be to make sure nothing is overriding their scripts.

 

mfgconsolefunc is also messed up. I recall seeing those errors before when someone was using opparco mfg command. If that seems familiar, get rid of it and use MfgFix-11669-1-5-4-1592988142 instead.

So #1: Is this NEW thing, did SLApproach sex work before? When did it stop? When was the last time things did what you expected them to? Do you have a backup mod manager config, a saved plugins.txt, etc from then? Just so we can ballpark... if things last worked when you have 120 mods, well, that's a lot to trudge through, etc. Just want a ballpark timeline. #2: Did you have OMods and SL working together before, or is this when it started? It's not that you can't get them to co-exist, but duplicated functions never figure things out by themselves; As traison said, he who gets last overwrite is king, except via the magic of loose files.

 

Also, since we can't see inside or how big it is - what is the one bashed patch? And not last, because you installed even more mods after your wyre work?

 

You said "immediately". In general, if it's fast, it's something not installed or installed wrong / broken, if it's like 30+ seconds then it's likely a timeout, it's as if there's no animations registered. So that helps! Did the console have any output?

 

Almost every SKSE mod leaves a log file w/o debug mode being enabled, others require it, which might require some .ini editing. Same for .esm/p/l's that have a UI menu - need to go in and turn it on. You can attach all this fun stuff if you want, every little bit helps but, maybe if they're huge? You delete them and let the game make new fresh ones that only involve this instance.

 

So if you want to wipe and restart that's one way, sure, but also? A lot of the SL mods have sanity checks built-in, SL itself does, lots of the anim ones do too, like toys & love, self-checkers to verify they're installed correctly, you might want to spend some time in the MCM menu.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I've decided to do a fresh install, as I wasn't very far into that game anyway. Still working my why through mods and generally untangling the massive mess I made, but it seems to working well enough this time!
