I've updated NVIDIA drivers... is it possible that's all this was?

1. Run skyrim as usual.
2. Alt-tab out and open a tool such as Process Explorer (Sysinternals, Microsoft).
3. Find nvwgf2umx.dll in the modules list of SkyrimSE.exe.
4. View properties.
5. Check the Company field.

Google, and the file name, suggests it's nvidia. But if you want to find out yourself, that's one way to do it.
