New animation exception error

Keep getting this error from an animation im trying to create (first time) I used the xml generator if anyone can help me that would be great thank you

Is that the only file you have in the package? Because it says there is a problem with something else called "AskForAdviceAdventure"... Maybe if you upload the package not only that xml it would be easier to find the problem (at least for me, since I am not an animator ?)
