How to start New Game+ on Skyrim ? (to carry forward all my current game progress to the new save file)

I have managed to finally finish some incredible mods like Falskaar, Wrymstooth and Rigmor Of Cyrodiil, on different savefiles. But this is my biggest problem.

Initially, I have been told that the best way to play any Skyrim mod is on a fresh, new savefile.

But what about all my progress on my different savefiles ? Also, many quest mods contain very rare locations (like Imperial City of Cyrodiil etc.) so i do not want to uninstall these mods.

That's why i am looking to find a new game+ mod/cheat/anything that will let me carry forward all my current game progress, towards the new game.

With a massive bat file full of setstage and additem lines assembled using your inventory and information gathered from xEdit and quest script analysis.

A texture replacer does not require a new game to be started. I'd even go as far as to say if a mod with scripts is properly made, not even that is going to require it. Every modder is going to cover their asses by saying "start a new game" and "place the mod last in your load order". You can call their bs when you realize not every mod can be last. So, how to tell for real then? With xEdit, and experience in modding Skyrim. Once you've bricked 10 characters doing it wrong, you'll just "know" when it's for real.
