After the New update my moods dont work

After the last update, my mods stopped working, does anyone else have this problem?

 

And if the same thing happened to you, could you fix it?

Download Teddy's d3dx.ini file. It fixes what KT patched.

how do you find that file to fix this?  thank you

Confirmed, last patch seemed to reset the D3DX.ini replacing it with the november version was enough to fix tho still having trouble saving settings with F10.
