Penis Mesh bottoms keep being removed during sex

I have been trying to use Noir's penis meshes for my sims, but they keep taking it off after a sex interaction. I have already globally disabled undressing during sex and individually for each of my sims.

The weird thing is that they don't just take the mesh off as clothing, they completely change the outfit as well. I have to keep going back into CAS to give them the penis mesh back. They start with a large, erect penis mesh, but then change it to an average, flaccid mesh (I think the default WW mesh).

I have no idea why this is happening, as I've updated all my mods and have the latest version of WW.

Are you aware of the existence of body selectors? Please check the help again carefully. You have not selected penis in the body selector. What you are manipulating is a piece of clothing called a penis.
