Male body stretching during animation

[pandaemic]

During an animation involving a male character only the male character seems to stretch.

I know this is related to the male meshes but I'm having a bit of troubleshooting and any help would be appreciated.

 

I followed this guide and I've ran through 2 clean installs to try and resolve this.
