Animation creater and installer

What I would like to see is an interface that allows us to use the existing models to create new animations and then place them as world events. A list of existing triggers would need to be included. And and easy install. one stop shop for creating public displays of affection. I.E. come around a corner and there is a hooker getting throat fucked.
