I downloaded vortex to try out with collections to see how it different from MO2. I used two collections KYRI COld dark and Difficult and Devouerment Base install, Not realy much else install'd apaprt from ColdSun's NPC replacers. Its the AE Skyrim SE 1.6.640 Loot list will be in spoiler at the end Onto the problem. New Game just stay's at the menu screen with the mouse moveable, and can also bring up the console but nothing else happens.
