My screen resolution looks weird, its being cropped

i like to play windowed mode, but after i changed a few things in the fallout4prefs.ini and download the Bethini, every resolution makes the screen crop, like the picture below, except for the 1920x1080, wich i dont like due to the fps loss... does anyone have a solution for this?
