My male sim with a feminine frame can't remove the female underwear

ive downloaded the simdulgence mods and tried to give him the proper settings but it didnt fix anything, hes just stuck with the default female underwear, does anyone know how to fix it ?

I have the same issue.  I don't have Simdulgence (don't even know what that is), but every time I try to make a Ladyboy he's always wearing undies. I just end up making a masculine-framed woman and using WW to give her a penis.

 

Its not the same, though.

 

I am probably missing something (wouldn't be the first time), but I have a father who got custody of his son and his son wants to transition. The father is understanding and supportive. Got to the point where he can't transition to a female-framed man. Did my best - let me dig up a screenshot or two... One minute.

been tweaking settings and trying my luck finding possible solutions, but have come short and don't wanna bug turbo about it. maybe they'll see this and make adjustments. if you or anyone else finds a solution please let me know. I'm trying to live my own life in this but cant?
