Need some help with Armbinder animations and black faces

[Rahrahs]

Hiyas, as the title says I'm having issues with armbinder animations just not working at all when standing and moving around, they work during 'scenes' just not when loitering or running around, arms keep the usual pose that they normally have.

 

Also black heads on white bodies, I know this is a texture issue thingy and I'm pretty sure I've missed something or I have something in the wrong order.

 

Any help would be amazing.

Update: fixed anims, totally forgot about the movement overhaul, so that's one down...yay!
