Looking for name of mod -- magazine on Sanctuary bench, Grognak outfit in starter house

Years ago I played with a mod where you could find a Grognak outfit in a suitcase in the default start home (for female characters), with some diary pages written by 'Nora'.  I also remember some magazine on the workbench of Sanctuary and possibly some neighbour's son spying on you?

 

I cannot for the life of me remember the mod, though -- anyone out there that can help?  At this stage it is mostly annoying me that I can't even recall it, ha!
