Underground Hideout and CWSS

I would love to do it myself, I however don't have enough knowledge on cell editing to make a patch for myself. 

 

Basically, I just want to replace the toilets and showers with the CWSS versions from this mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4756

 

If its somewhat of a process, if anyone has any good tutorial videos to send my way to do it myself.
