Please tell me how to fix this bug

I recently installed some skin mod, but it seems that they are not working properly ( I cant insert image from URL, so I will attach the links to pics below)

 

When the characters wear the Loquat outfit, the body still arent completely nude

When they have the Orchid outfit on, it becomes even worse
