Realistic female parts?

Is there any sims 4 mods that remesh the female body into a realistic high-poly version that contains more realistic and detailed vagina and anus?

At this point, the whole game is deliberately ruined. Even the men have weird holes in the back of their asses.
Even the women's backs are strangely disfigured and bent.

 

Probably only in sims 5 with new creators will it be fixed to make the human body look realistic again.
Right now it's horrible.
