ui display issue Anybody Seeing THIS??

What could THIS be caused by??  I asked Twitter but got no response (Not even from EA "Help")

Probably caused by a mod affecting the UI. Such as "more column in CAS" or similar.

More CAS Columns is about THE ONLY thing I haven't updated yet (No update available yet?). Everything else is up to date

 

Anyway, I took it out just to be safe

More CAS columns was last updated when the body scars and medical devices update was released, I believe, at least that is the last update of it that I am using.

 

I'm used to TOOL and, I think it was, Better Build Buy making the UI look like that on some updates

If you have more columns in cas updated, or more traits in cas updated it is not that, the most updated versions work perfectly fine. If you have duplicates with older versions of those mods then that could be an issue, but it could be other things, anything editing the UI, for example wrench icon overrides. Look for those things too.

Try using the Better Exceptions mod to help identify the broken one:

Upon loading the game, it has an option to scan for broken UI mods and you can update/ delete the offending one. Hopefully it helps!

That doesn't help because as you can see, I ALREADY HAVE the latest version (Got it off Curseforge)

You need to run the scan then check the logs of the scan. The scans should tell you what mods are broken. Downloading the BetterExceptions mod itself won't do anything!

It DID scan. All it did was speed things up & leave the log (See attachment) I did check for the ourdated Extreme Violence mod but found nothing (However I did download the update though)

Doing all that might solve BOTH of my problems

 

UPDATE - If doing NEITHER fixes my problem, then I may well have to accept the fact that the UI has been rendered corrupt NO MATTER WHAT I DO & all I can do is use a mod like this one to REPLACE the UI

Got it all fixed guys.  After cleaning out the stuff from yesterday's report, it boiled down to an outdated SIM TRAIT Mod (Of ALL things).  Thanks

 

Now I just got to get the doors to my lots back
