Help for Imperator Rome

Hi everyone, I started for my mod on Imperator Rome to add a copy of the CK2 Tentacle Dream mod. Unfortunately I run into a problem at the moment. Apart from the possibilities of modding which are limited for the moment and which I hope that the developers will increase the possibilities, the problem remains the portrait. In CK2 a 2D portrait was enough to be able to add characters, whereas now it is 3D models.

So I'm looking for someone who could help me with this problem because I don't know anything about creating 3D models, but I think I can understand how to add it if I have one. So if someone is interested he can contact me by message.

Maybe this message will allow other modders to get into modding on Imperator.

As far as dev support for modding its dead. They abandoned development for Imperator Rome since it performed abysmally. The last public post on steam was in March 17th 2021. Getting community help is the only answer for that game unfortunately.
