Question about WickedWhims and HSY puberty

I just bought HSY, and discovered the introduction of puberty, which is kinda cool (Except for the fact that the teens still look fully finished with it. Would have been a perfect opportunity to add preteens officially). Nevertheless, all my teens have become pre-pubescent, and with it lost all sexual awareness... I'm wondering how long does this phase last? Will they be prepubescent their entire teenage years, or is it just parts of it? The game doesn't really say, and I can't find any info about it online.

Short answer is, puberty lasts forever unless you explicitly opt out. Assuming you have the Unlocker and all WW settings correct, adding the 'Post-Puberty' Wicked Attribute will re-enable teen sex interactions.
