[Request] Conversion of Mod from Skyrim to Skyrim SE

There's a mod that I've been trying to port from Skyrim to Skyrim SE/AE.

Unfortunately, I apparently can't wrap my head around the conversion.
I've tried a few different things including CAO, but I think I'm just not doing it right.

(NOTE: Creator of the mod has boldly listed: "You can do whatever you want with this mod" so porting is fine)

I'm sure for someone who's far more experienced at it than I, this would take like, minutes at most.

Any chance someone could convert it for me? (well - us really - as I'm sure others would find value)
Bonus points if it can be adapted specifically for CBBE, but I'll take what I can get.
