Cure Follower Disease

On checking my followers, I realised, they got lots of effecs, like disease.

Praying, give a cure disease, dispell effects magic did not cure it. 

Maybe because they became a vampire meanwhile.

 

So I made my own spell to remove those effects (tired of typing into console)

 

Furthermore, I got cannabis installed and occassionally I hand my followers a joint.

They remained stone all the time, the effect never terminated.

So I included this one into the spell, too.

cannabis.esp  it's not needed, however, if you have it installed, it will be checked for those effects in addition.

Spell tome craftable smelter 1x iron ingot.

Just curious, how do you check an NPC's status effects and can you do the same in Fallout 4?
