Help with flirt "bug"

So I didn't know where else to ask about that since I managed to solve every other problems with google searches on Skyrim and FO4 over the years ( although I am fairly new to FO4 ), but this I can't manage I just hope I can find a kind soul around here to help me with this: 

 

I have upped my affinity with Piper at over 1000, I passed the check to become lover with her, but then I get no more option to flirt/have sex ofc... Similarly, I have Ivy and Heather companions installed and I never saw any option to have sex with her, even though she says I can any time I want to.

 

Of the things I checked, I have XDI installed ( with Ivy patch ) and I also tried without it. I tried to dismiss those companions and invite them back. I tried to disable/enable them. I tried changing location before and after dismissing them and then reinviting them. I tried loading an earlier save game. I tried starting a new game ( yes, about 12 hours of gameplay to get them back legit on 1000+ affinity, while trying out new mods ). I tried dismissing Piper to get a chance with Ivy. I tried dismissing both and rehire Piper alone. Now the only thing I just realized didn't try is to dismiss Heather, but from what I read she shouldn't interfere with any other relationships.

So, I would really appreciate if someone could help my hair loss over this thing or idk... maybe tell me it's normal it will eventually work....
