Help with a floating tail

Hi

I'm hoping maybe someone who is knowledgeable with meshes could fix a weird issue I am having with this mod.

Something is wrong with her tail.

At 0 weight everything looks ok.

But as you increase weight the tail floats further and further away from her body

 

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this they would be appreciated.
