Usually a height slider not working or not updated, or a feet default replacement for werewolves that is not working, or some weird cc shoes that are made "available" for the werewolf and it got stuck on it. 

If you have height sliders remove it or update it, most sliders broke after werewolf patch. You can update them also with sims4studio. If you have default replacement for werewolves feet remove it. 

Then batch patch your cc (except default replacements, do not patch those) using sims 4 studio: content manager --- batch fixes - CAS. There you have 3 patches for werewolves. Run them on your content. 

Then delete the cache files (avatarcache, localthumbcache), do a game repair, restart the game and test again. That should fix it in most situations, but if not ask again.
