If you're in a hurry disable zzEstrusUtil.dll and test again. Otherwise wait, looking into it with a disassembler...

 

Edit: It crashed trying to send some internal message to zzEstrusUtil.dll. Probably something changed in the internal messaging system, or zzEstrusUtil.dll is doing something weird or is otherwise incompatible with this version of SKSE. If you want more info and this dll has public source code, link me to it and I'll look into it.
