asymmetric female body for skyrim le generation

im developing interactive fuckmeat/female follower. well trained, devoted meathole should be able to cut tits off and then cook for meal for her master. i can do cut off model with bodyslide and custom textures but what if i want to just harvest one breast. cause bitch chest looks kinda empty with both of em cut off.

 

needless to say i need asymmetric body generation, wanted some tip if tool for it is availible.
