Consequences of prison. oblivion like prison skill loss

So I like using Succubus Skill Loss for losing skill points and I really like that I can choose which skills are affected by it its cool that it has a feature to affect prison but sadly in only works with Prison Overhauled Patched installed, that mod does not agree with my mod list and there are multiple things that break it, so I'm trying to find alternative.

'Classic Oblivion Jail System' mod has issues with actually just locking down those levels permanently, I do wanna still have a possibility of leveling those skills at least, also from the description I assume you can't change which skills it affects in the MCM. 'Life in Prison (with skill penalty) (Modified and Simplified)' has issue of not being compatible with RND or any needs mod for that matter as you are not give food while serving time each day, also I assume you can't set which skills can be affected by it.

Anyone knows of a mod like that? Don't mind doing like notepad or xedit changes to get it to affect only specific skills just no script edits as that's black magic  to me.
