If you ask during animations in wicked whims then you download the strapons, place it in your mods folder, start the game, click on a sim, then wicked, then settings, then sex settings, then sex interaction settings, then sex strapon settings, then you can choose there a default strapon and check the "strapon predicted sex gender recognition" setting.

If you ask in game outside animations simply select the strapon in CAS.
