Mod to make soldiers less noble / more evil?

There are a couple mods such as Body Search and Jail Rape that make guards into corrupt jerks, but what about soldiers? I have a lot of mods that add battles, more patrols, etc... and for a female PC especially I always feel there should be that small element of fear. Soldiers aren't exactly known historically for being particularly noble.
