Ignore armour getting jiggy with it

having some trouble finding a way to ignore the jiggle when certain armour pieces are equipped since it causes clipping and figuring the best way to fix is just having it turn off when the armour is equipped.

Any help would be much appreciated, jiggling when it's worn would be alright for me since like... you know it's held firm in place.

Just really hoping to learn how to edit these things myself thanks
