Male body is invisible...sometimes...

So I have been having an issue with getting the male body to show up.  I initially used the base meshes included in the common resources file, but my character always used the underwear texture during sex acts.  Then I installed the full Breeze texture pack, which is where it now gets weird.  If I request sex it displays the proper male texture, but if I order sex using Mavia's msex D/s mod, the male body texture disappears.  Not certain why it's happening...
