Issue After Downloading WikedWhims mode.

Hello everyone, I want to discuss a thing that happened to me just now, and not for the first time. 

I just downloaded the new WickedWhims update and it broke my game. I know that I didn't do anything wrong because I followed the instructions as always. 

I opened the game after putting everything in the right folder and all my sims and saved games were gone. 

It happened to me before during the summer. In august maybe, and I'm so fed up. 

There's a solution to that? why it happened? i'm the only one who experienced something like this?

Is your game updated and compatible with the last update? Are you using other mods? Are those also updated and compatible with each other? You can upload a recent lastexception file (if you use mc commander or better exceptions upload the last exception generated by those programs instead). If you for some strange reason do not have any lastexception generate a system info log with mc commander or upload your wickedwhimsinfolo.log (located in your sims 4 folder).
