How to edit a sim in CAS to change body details like penis or breasts?

As title, I am confused, in the game there is no menu item to change those.
With MCCC I have automatically set TestingCheats True and cas.fulleditmode, so those should be taken care off.
I have CC for penises and breasts installed.

Besides MCCC, mods installed : 'Wicked Whims', 'Zero - Vampires can kill' and 'Slice of Life'

How do I access it in the game, click where ?

For example under 'Bodies', all I can select are body types, not body details, no penises or breasts to be seen.
How do I edit those ?

 

 

When installed correctly, where should these parts be, under which menu ?

It is not surprising that clicking on a body only allows you to change the body shape preset. Body details are clearly a type of clothing. The upper body can be selected by upper body clothing and the lower body by lower body clothing. If it does not appear in the list, for example, you may have set all clothing details to none, so uncheck all check boxes.
If you want to change the color of the body details, the location depends on the CC creator. Some basically change the color of my body details in the tattoo section, some in the occult details, etc.
