You have literally hundreds of different errors in that file. There is so much stuff that i do not know where to start, but to begin with you have wonderful whims installed together with wicked whims. That is not going to work, you need to choose one or the other. You most likely are missing one of the files in wicked whims installation, probably the tuning file, or you have the mod installed too deep in your mods folder. 

Start by fixing that. If you still get errors feel free to upload a new lastexception, but since you also have MC COMMAND installed please, upload the lastexception generated by MC Command instead, it will be better structured and give us more information (it will be located inside your mc command folder). Also please, explain at least a little what kind of issue or bug you see in game when you get the error.
