You have a custom sectional sofa or an object that uses the tuning from a vanilla sectional sofa, and it is outdated/broken. It could also be a mod that is trying to interact with the sofa in a weird way. It s unlikely that this alone is lagging or crashing your game, that usually points to hardware issues, corrupted game files or mods causing other serious problems. 

The first thing you should do is remove ALL YOUR MODS from the mods folder or simply rename your mods folder to something else. Do a game repair, remove the avatarcache file and the localthumbcache file, start the game, and start A NEW GAME.  Play for a while in that new save, if it works well and no crashing you need to take a look at your mods, update outdated mods, and then add mods back using the 50/50 method. You can also upload here a lastexception from MC Command or BetterExceptions, it will give us a full list of your mods and will help us see where the problem might be (hopefully), vanilla game lastexception files are usefull sometimes, but more limited.
