Interesting side-hustle. Most porn artists tend to gain a following from their work and from there the commission money flows in. It might help your business to find a couple niches to make a name for yourself in and then share some of your own stories there while being discrete about your patreon. You would reach more people and your audience would be more receptive since it's not just soliciting.

 

Also if I were doing this, I'd try to add more than just text. Like some drawings or 3d poses. Maybe a choose-your-own-adventure. Or even using sound-effects and AI voices to narrate the story. If you did something unique like that and targeted the right horny-communities, you might get a lot of fans.

Lets assume for a second that this isn't a complete scam, what reason does anyone have to pay you to write a story? No seriously, what's the logic there? People can write shit themselves if they have an idea for what they want.

nobody will give you credit if you don't have anything to show and since making stories is not very hard, you have to be incredible good to get supporters, but to be incredible good you would have to train, and if you have trained you would already have some stories to show, since you haven't because you didn't show anywhere, not even on your patreon, then one can assume you are not very good so you won't get support even if you start making stories bc you will make sub or at max standard stuff and standard stuff is free and if you read sex stories to get material for your own stories, you know where you can read thousands of sex stories for free and you know that some of those are really good so... Personally I would pay some writers that made some really good stories for moar of those but usually good writers don't like to show their real names on this stuff, probably bc they are real writers and it would be complicated...

I could be wrong, but I think the way to go, if you want to make money from writing, is to write a whole story. If you want X-rated scenes in there, that's fine. But what comes with that (nowadays, apparently) is building your own following and getting people excited for when your books come out. I'm on the way to self-publishing my first book, so I'm there with you. Would love to write what I want and get paid, but it doesn't seem to work that way.
