Good obscure mods/ decorations and clutter

This is a 2-in-1 trick question:

1-Clutter and decoration: something along the lines of JUSTICE but for a NSFW list, in the sense that it changes a lot in terms of experience/aesthetics without affecting other mods. not necessarily NSFW itself but something that belongs to a NSFW list. and while the particular example I had in mind involves dead humans in cages, I am not necessarily looking for that. Any mod goes ! as long as it fits right in in a NSFW playthrough.

 

2- the obscure mods: hidden gems to go along with a NSFW list, anything really as long as it is not something that everyone probably heard about already. Also something that isn't very buggy because this is for an actual playthrough.
