Is there one place I can find and download Sims and CC? F95 is no longer there.

It depends on what kind of content your are looking for. For adult stuff here in the download section you have a lot of different adult mods and cc. A lot of different sims in different styles too in the download sims section.

If you ask in general places such as "The sims resource" is a good place to start, but there are a lot of awesome creations on patreon and tumblr. If you are looking for something in particular you can ask here in "request and find" or in discord. Deaderpool discord is a good place to ask, both for adult stuff (in the appropriate channel) or other no-adult stuff, as long as it is not "banned" content.
