I want to change the teachers, principal, and staff at copperdale high, and I was wondering if there was a mod or some way to change/add staff

You can use for example the update to NPCC mod by Cepzid: Update Hotfix of Public Npcc Paulson Mod | Cepzid With Hakrabr on Patreon

Zero has also another mod although i am not sure if it includes HS staff, but it probably does: Assign NPC Jobs - New Version | Zero's Sims 4 Mods&Comics on Patreon

 

Both are working in 1.95 patch

 

Choose one , not both.

I just right clicked on her and modified in CAS.

It is purely anecdotal; but I find I have better results with keeping a Sim in their roles/careers if I DO NOT fudge with their traits and ages.
