True hermaphrodism as a gender option

Basically as the title says, I'd love to see an option to have both a penis, AND a vagina, with internal testes so no ballsack. I'd say "shouldn't be too hard" but we all know if I do whatever modder takes this on is gonna end up pulling their hair out about it, especially if they go for extra credit and make it useable in cutscenes (aka if you're having sex with a chick you use your dick, but the ones where you're with a guy ((or a partner not into dick)) the scene uses your pussy). Honestly this was something someone would make anyways I'm just seeding the idea maybe a bit early.
