I Made A Custom That I'd Like To Be Able To Have A Small Chance Of Being Generated On Characters Who Are Born With The Max Levels Of Beauty, Herculean/Amazon & Genius Simultaneously, Can Some Explain How I'd Add Those As Conditions?

I don't believe inheritance of traits itself works like that, even special traits in the game are triggered by the parents traits rather than what someone is born with.

 

Instead you might be better off with a hidden event that triggers on birth and uses the required traits as criteria to then award your new trait.

Sorry For Such A Long Reply, But Your Right Upon Looking Further I Don't That's Possible, That Being Said Do You Know If Its Possible Add An Effect To A Trait That Slows The Physical Portrait Aging?
